COMPARATIVO DE PEDIGREES ENTRE GANADORA PRIMERA PRUEBA TRIPLE CORONA EN BRASIL Y POTRILLO SELECCIONADO
Cristal: Linda
Hipódromo do Cristal. No oitavo páreo do dia, o Grande Prêmio Estupenda - 1ª
Linda Ude aproveitou o menor terreno e assumiu a liderança.
Like It Or Lump It secundou a ponteira. A briga era intensa nas posições
seguintes.
curva, onde Flight At Night começou a buscar melhor posição.
rapidamente deixou Flight At Night para trás. Linda Ude cruzou o disco na
primeira posição e é a candidata a tríplice coroa. Flight At Night formou a dupla. Ellen Caliente, Wonder Machine e
Delicious Chris, completaram o marcador.
Linda
do Stud Agenda. Apresentada no

22,22% of the broodmares that produced Group 1 winners with GALILEO are from the female family 9. Undoubtedly it´s a high and uncommon average! It´s something that need a deep investigation, but as I´ve been saying it´s seems to exist an affinity between GALILEO and the female family 9, despite the major portion of breeders considers the female family numbers of Bruce Lowe an archaic system. I will try to show you that it´s a useful tool, having the fine perception and feeling to use it:
I tried to compare with another top stallions. In order to share information for example DUBAWI, in a progeny of 16 Group 1 winners, anybody of them belongs to female family 9.
Between the progeny of 16 Group 2 winners, only 2 belongs to female family 9.
DEEP IMPACT has in total 18 Group 1 winners and only 3 belongs to female family 9.
DANSILI has 0 too of the female family 9 from 18 Group 1 winners.
TAPIT has 14 Group 1 winners and only 1 belongs to female family 9. And in the group of his Group 2 winners of 11, only 2 belongs to female family 9.
We must be conscious that the female family 9 is first at the ranking of stakes classics at the United States for a lot of years, and due to her multiples sub-branches she is the most common at the first level at the races in the United States, so it´s very rare what TAPIT´s figures displays.
GALILEO – covered 158 broodmares from the female family 9 over 1844 mares covered in totally: 8,56% mares family 9
TAPIT – covered 73 broodmares from the female family 9 over 780 mares covered in totally: 9,36% mares family 9
DUBAWI – covered 58 broodmares from the female family 9 over 774 mares covered in totally: 7,49% mares family 9
DANSILI – covered 118 broodmares from the female family 9 over 118 mares covered in totally: 11,06% mares family 9
DEEP IMPACT – covered 24 broodmares from the female family 9 over 306 mares covered in totally: 7,84% mares family 9
Looking at the % there are two stallions (TAPIT & DANSILI) that covered more broodmares from the female family 9 than GALILEO, but they haven´t got more Group 1 winners from this family than GALILEO. And the small difference of % with the other two (DUBAWI & DEEP IMPACT) doesn´t reflects the great difference in the number of Group 1 winners too.
